Key to generating this goodwill are our many dedicated professionals, committed to meeting and exceeding client’s expectations. It is therefore a team achievement that we could faster in our position as leading general contractor for oil& Gas projects in Iran.
No matter where we are executing projects, the safety of our staff and our subcontractors is always a priority for us. We are very proud of our world –class safety record and very pleased that clients and government bodies also recognize this performance. we have a “Zero tolerance” attitude towards safety incidents and we are constantly striving to “raise the bar” and find ways to keep on improving.
We were increasingly able to focus on doing what we do best; safely delivering cost-effective, technically advanced equipment, facilities and services that meet or exceed our client’s expectations. We were managing the challenges of buoyant market- intelligently adding capacity and making the best use of our group network of skilled resources.
Our vision is to transform into an independent EPC General contractor in Energy sector. this requires a careful review of our present set-up and modifications at various level.
Finally, Rahbordsazeh needs to increase its efforts to attract and maintain top talents and will use the services of international consultants to assist in the transition phase.
